Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship to continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

How can I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied with any of the items purchased, you may return, exchange or ask for a refund on any item for any reason. Just send us an email within 5 days of arrival with your full name and a quick explanation on how we (Sonley) can assist you. Once approved, send it back un-used, and in its original packaging and we will gladly refund or exchange or return your item once it arrives at our location.

All items must be shipped with a tracking number.

Items Marked on clearance are final sale and they not apply for exchange, return or refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost for all returns or exchanged items. Some exceptions may apply.

Care instruction?

925 silver can lose its shine and tarnish over time with the daily use and exposure to outdoors and chemicals. You can wash it with special 925 silver product and a soft cloth.

Gold and Gold Rose items we recommend removal upon any water or chemical exposure. These may compromise the integrity of your jewelry.

we don’t guarantee the gold or rose gold items will last forever. The lasting of the plating depends on the and exposure to chemical and the care given.

How can I use a coupon code?

The coupon code can be use at checkout, only when provided.

Are we sold out on a specific item?

If we are sold out on a specific item or size you wanted simply send us an email with the item you wanted and specific size and we will send you an email and set it aside just for you once available.

Are there benefits for registered users?

Registered users can receive Special Offers, Discounts and will be the first to know about new arrivals.

What payment methods are available?

Customers can pay via PAYPAL, or use credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX) using PAYPAL without creating an account.  If form of payment is not available, please contact us through email.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

With an extra charge you can gift wrap your items purchased for that special someone.
